Marysville neighbors can help local children and teens get ready for colder weather at two winter-clothing collection events this month.

The Marysville Police Officers Association is partnering with the Marysville Community Food Bank & Toy Store for its annual coat drive. Organizers are asking for **new coats, hats and gloves in all sizes**.

## Where and when to donate

Both collection events take place at **Kohl’s, 3713 116th St. NE, Marysville**:

- **Saturday, Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.**
- **Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.**

The drive supports the food bank and Toy Store’s work to provide winter clothing for local children and teenagers, according to the city’s [November City Scene newsletter](https://myemail.constantcontact.com/City-Scene--November-2026.html?soid=1117589999169&aid=XwOFSrAB6qY&ref=justabouts.com).

If you are shopping for a donation, the request is for new items. Coats, warm hats and gloves in a range of sizes can help organizers reach children at different ages.
