State Treasurer Mike Pellicciotti visited Marysville Pilchuck High School’s Regional Apprenticeship Pathways program on Oct. 23, according to [Kienan Briscoe’s report for the Lynnwood Times](https://lynnwoodtimes.com/2026/10/23/pellicciotti-rap-program/?ref=justabouts.com).

RAP gives high school students a local starting point for careers in the construction trades. Based at Marysville Pilchuck, the pre-apprenticeship program serves students from across Snohomish County, according to [the county’s program overview](https://www.snohomishcountywa.gov/6833/Jobs-and-Economic-Development?ref=justabouts.com).

Families interested in RAP can ask their school counselor about participation and how it fits their student’s schedule. Briscoe’s Oct. 23 coverage offers a closer look at the visit and the projects students are working on.
