Lake Stevens families can spend part of Halloween collecting treats, making crafts and exploring big rigs at North Cove Park.

The city’s HarvestFest runs from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at the park, 1806 Main Street. Admission and the listed activities are free; food will be available to buy.

Business and community-group booths will offer trick-or-treating, with arts and crafts and large vehicles to explore on Mill Spur. The first hour, from 4 to 5 p.m., is designated sensory-friendly, with no vehicle sirens.

Drivers should expect a partial Main Street closure from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m., between 18th Street NE and the Jay’s Market Plaza driveway. The city says vehicle access to plaza businesses will remain open.

Find the full schedule and any changes on the city’s HarvestFest page.
