A free online conference next month will bring Tribal Nations, families, caregivers and community partners together to discuss support for Indigenous children and young people.

The Indigenous Children, Youth and Families Conference takes place Nov. 4–5, 2026. Washington’s Department of Children, Youth and Families Office of Tribal Relations is organizing the event under the theme “The Path Forward: Connection, Healing, and Resilience.”

The entirely virtual format makes the statewide gathering accessible without a trip for families and providers in the Tulalip area and other Justabouts communities.

Who can attend

The organizers welcome Tribal Nations and partners, DCYF staff, community providers, parents and caregivers. Registration is free.

Visit the official conference page for registration links and updates. DCYF staff and other participants use separate registration routes. People outside DCYF can follow the nonstaff registration link; the training portal requires a sign-in to enroll.
