Allow a little extra time to find your bus at Lynnwood City Center Station. Community Transit announced several bay changes for Sound Transit's Stride S2 construction, effective October 19, 2026.

Under the agency's October 14 notice:

The notice reserves the pickup and drop-off area on 202nd Street SW for buses and ZIP vehicles. For private-vehicle pickup and drop-off during construction, it directs drivers to the east side of 46th Avenue W, near the light rail station.

Crews are preparing the D1 shelter for future Stride double-decker battery-electric buses. Community Transit said the work was expected to continue through February 2027, with dates subject to weather and other changes.

Follow the signs and pedestrian directions at the station, and check current rider alerts before traveling. The original notice includes a map of the bay changes. For help planning a connection, Community Transit lists Customer Care at 425-353-7433.
