Keep Dreams Alive Foundation and LINC NW are planning a free, family-friendly Día de Muertos celebration in Marysville on Saturday, Nov. 14.
The event runs from noon to 3:30 p.m. at LINC NW, 1424 172nd St. NE.
The program includes music, food, vendors, a community altar and a traditional Catrinas contest, according to the event flyer in an announcement shared Oct. 26 by the Greater Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce.
Organizers describe the gathering as a chance to remember loved ones who have died, celebrate cultural traditions and connect with others. Admission is free and the celebration is open to everyone.
The announcement also invites support for local vendors and the foundation's programs. Anyone interested in getting involved can contact Keep Dreams Alive Foundation.
For venue information, see LINC NW's contact page. Check the organizers' updates before attending.
