Camano Animal Shelter Association is asking neighbors for two supplies used in caring for its animals: bleach for sanitizing and pellet litter for its cats.

CASA identifies both items in its supply appeal. They also appear on the wish list linked from the shelter’s website, which includes food, bedding, toys and cleaning supplies.

Before shopping, check the list or contact staff about the shelter’s most immediate needs. If you have something else to offer, a quick call can help establish whether CASA can use it.

Where to bring supplies

The shelter is at 198 Can Ku Road, Camano Island. Its posted public hours are 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. It is closed to general visitors Monday and Tuesday.

Call 360-387-1902 or email casa@camanoanimalshelter.org to check current needs and arrange a donation drop-off.

For people who prefer to shop online, CASA’s Ways to Give page links to its Amazon and Chewy wish lists. Use those links to check the shelter’s selected products before ordering.

Supply needs and hours can change. Information checked November 2, 2026.
