If rain leaves soggy patches in your yard, a November workshop at Stanwood Library will explore ways to manage the water.

Stormwater Solutions is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 21. Sno-Isle Libraries lists the program from 11 a.m. to noon at the library, 9701 271st St. NW.

The workshop will cover stormwater planning, rain gardens and rain tanks, with a focus on practical options for managing runoff on your property. The conservation district’s event description also includes choosing plants for wet areas.
